Morgan Guerin has served three terms as an elected Councillor for the Musqueam Indian Band. Currently he is Senior Marine Planning Specialist, which includes enforcement coordination for Musqueam rivers and lands. Prior to that he had a 22 year career in the Musqueam Fisheries Department in the role of Aboriginal Fisheries Officer. Morgan is also an artist. As a cultural worker and educator, he has developed materials for the Musqueam Community Cultural Centre iteration of the award-winning exhibition, c̓əsnaʔəm, the city before the city (2015). Morgan continues to share his knowledge, expertise and teachings through his participation in the development of a series of teaching tool-kits for use in schools and other communities.
